Innovit is admitted to the Australian Technology Showcase, an initiative of the New South Wales Government's Department of State and Regional Development, for showcasing world-class Australian technologies as part of its Sydney 2000 Olympics programme and beyond. AusIndustry, the Commonwealth Government's Department of Industry, Science & Resources, awards Innovit with a R&D START grant to assist with development of iICE (Innovit's Intelligent catalog Engine) - an advanced catalog integration & management software application.
Innovit wins Australian Technology Park New Business Creation Prize

Innovit is a winner of the Australian Technology Park and UNSW Vice-Chancellors New Business Creation Prize for 1998. This prestigious award, given to the best start-up company each year by the Australian Technology Park (ATP), is designed to promote entrepreneurship and technology innovation. It includes business grants and support services from the ATP's business incubator program.
